Welcome to Impact Sports Rehabilitation. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our services

Impact Sports Rehabilitation provides sports massage, sports rehabilitation consultations, cupping, acupuncture, and Rocktape™ taping at our clinics in Eccles and Trafford Park, Manchester. Treatments are provided by our team of certified sports rehabilitation professionals.

2. Bookings and appointments

Appointments can be booked by phone. Please arrive on time — late arrival may result in a shortened session to avoid delaying other clients.

3. Cancellations

Our cancellation and refund terms are set out in our separate Refund Policy.

4. Your health and safety

Please tell us about any relevant medical conditions, injuries, medication, or allergies before treatment begins. Our treatments are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency care — if you have a serious or urgent medical concern, please contact your GP or emergency services.

5. Liability

We take care to provide treatment appropriate to the information you give us. We are not liable for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or from a client disregarding professional advice given during treatment.

6. Website use

Content on this website, including text, images, and logos, belongs to Impact Sports Rehabilitation and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Changes to these terms
